Terms of Service

By purchasing a service or using the Dillion Agency website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at info@dillionagency.com before purchasing.

1. Who We Are

Dillion Agency is a trading brand of D Liam Services LTD, registered in Ireland. We provide web design, digital marketing, social media, and photography services to businesses nationwide.

2. Services & Packages

Our core packages include:

Any work not explicitly listed in your chosen package is out of scope and may require a separate agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for the Essential Package (€500) is due in full at the time of purchase via Stripe.
• For other packages, a 50% deposit is required before work begins; the remaining balance is due upon project completion.
• All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur a fee.

4. Monthly Maintenance Fee

All website packages include a €39/month maintenance and hosting fee which commences 60 days after your website goes live. This fee covers web hosting, security updates, uptime monitoring, and minor content updates. By purchasing any package, you acknowledge and agree to this recurring fee.

You may cancel the maintenance plan at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the original package fee.

5. Delivery Timeline

We aim to have Essential Package websites live within 48 hours of receiving all required content (text, logo, images). For larger packages, a project timeline will be agreed in writing. Delays caused by late delivery of client content will extend the timeline accordingly.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide us with:

• All required text content, high-resolution logos, and images by the agreed date
• Timely feedback on design concepts and revisions
• Domain access credentials if transferring an existing domain
• Any other materials reasonably necessary to complete your project

7. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed at the time of purchase. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard rate of €75/hour. We will always notify you and seek approval before billing for extra work.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Dillion Agency retains all rights to design files and code until the final invoice is paid in full.
• Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website design, content, and code — excluding any third-party plugins, stock imagery, or open-source libraries, which remain subject to their own licences.
• Dillion Agency reserves the right to feature your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials.
• We may place a discrete "Designed by Dillion Agency" credit on your website.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, the €500 Essential Package fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. For larger projects, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Dillion Agency's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
