Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
D Liam Services LTD — Trading as Dillion. Last updated: May 2026.
1. Terms of Service
1.1 Agreement
By engaging D Liam Services LTD ("Dillion", "we", "us", "our") for any service — whether via email, WhatsApp, telephone, or signed proposal — you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all web design, development, digital marketing, content creation, and hosting services provided by Dillion.
1.2 Services
Dillion provides the services as described in the agreed proposal or quotation. Scope is defined by the written proposal issued prior to commencement. Any work outside the agreed scope will be subject to a separate quotation and written agreement.
1.3 Payment Terms
All project fees require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work commences. The remaining balance is due on delivery before the website or deliverable goes live or is transferred to the client. For monthly retainers (hosting, SEO, social media management), invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due within 14 days.
All prices are quoted and invoiced in Euro (€). Late payments beyond 14 days may incur an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
1.4 Revisions & Approvals
Each project stage includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions. A revision is defined as a change within the agreed scope that does not alter the fundamental design or functionality. Additional revision rounds beyond the included limit will be billed at €75/hour. Significant scope changes require a new written agreement.
Client approval is required at each project milestone (design, development, pre-launch). Failure to respond within 7 business days of a milestone submission will be deemed approval, and the project will proceed.
1.5 Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide, in a timely manner, all required materials including: text content, branding assets (logo, colour codes), imagery, and any specific technical requirements. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide materials may result in revised delivery timelines and do not entitle the Client to a refund of any deposit paid.
1.6 Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables (website design, custom code, copy written by Dillion on behalf of the Client) transfer to the Client. Dillion retains the right to display the work in its portfolio. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licences, which the Client is responsible for maintaining beyond the project.
1.7 Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Dillion warrants that all work will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific positions in search engine rankings, specific conversion rates, or specific revenue outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Dillion's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for those services.
1.8 Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In the event of client-initiated termination, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced and due within 14 days. Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
